To me a teapot is a work of craftsmanship, there are many small details to be considered when making a teapot… How the handle feels, how the spout pours, how many cups does it fill. I hope this is the perfect teapot, as so much thought, testing and refining has gone into this piece.
Ochre’s teapots have a beautiful earthy (but refined) feel, making the ritual around enjoying a warming tea so much more grounding.

Hand painted in Ochre’s new soft white luna glaze.
Made by slab building making them lighter.
Holds roughly 850ml liquid.
Roughly 24cm high, including handle. And 14cm wide.
Smooth in texture.
