Shipping & Returns

- Shipping Domestic

All Australian metropolitan orders will be sent by Australia post, trackable through Australia post for $9.50 estimated delivery within 7 business days. You can upgrade your shipping with Express Post, trackable through Australia post for $12.50 estimated delivery within 2 business days. 

- Shipping Rural Australia

All rural areas of Australia will be sent by Australia post, trackable through Australia post for $9.50 estimated delivery within within 10 business days. You can upgrade your shipping with Express Post, trackable through Australia post for $12.50 estimated delivery within 2 business days. 

- Shipping International

Currently only shipping internationally to New Zealand - All International orders will be sent by Australia post, trackable through Australia post for $25.00 estimated delivery may be up to 14 days. If you have further questions email ochreceramic@gmail.com.

- Returns & Exchanges Jewellery + Homewares

° Ochre offers 14 day EXCHANGES °

Jewellery, it can be so hard to choose the perfect piece. We often hold onto our most treasured jewels for life. They become the totem for our memories, and milestones. So it is a BIG decision, whether it's a beautiful piece for yourself, or as a gift for someone else, it's important to get it right. With this in mind...

And unless you love it, you won't wear it. As long as the pieces is retuned exactly how it was sent to you, without any damage, you are very welcome to exchange it for another piece. You will just need to cover your own shipping and any additional shipping.

  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.

  • Pieces that have been clearly used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • If there is a price difference, the customer will be contacted for payment information.

  • If the customer would like to return or exchange a product, please contact ochreceramic@gmail.com with the understanding that some restrictions apply.

  • Ochre offers Postage Insurance with all orders, so if anything is damaged in the mail you don’t have to worry it will be replace for you.

  • Ochre will repair any piece free-of-charge within a 60 day period from purchase if there is an agreement that it is clearly a design or manufacture fault, where the customer is required to contact Ochre with images of the faulty piece.

  • If the customer believes the item has been damaged during shipping, please let Ochre know within three days.

  • Every item posted by Ochre is packaged securely with care, with the intention the customer with receive their beautiful pieces just as the picture shows.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once the goods are returned to Ochre in the original and unused condition, a quality check will be made before processing a refund for the goods. Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks for the customer to see the refund in their account.

Workshop Cancellation policy

- Workshops Cancellations Policy

If you need to cancel a workshop ticket as you can no longer attend, you have 14 days before the date of the workshop to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 13 days of the class Ochre does not guarantee a full refund, this will depend on whether your ticket can be resold. Please note, you are welcome to pass on your ticket to someone else, please email ochreceramic@gmail.com to let Lauren know of the change. If you don’t know anyone who would want your ticket you can also email ochreceramic@gmail.com and I will let you know if anyone was on the waiting list for the class you were attending (there often is.)

However, if there is no one to take your ticket unfortunately you will not be issued a full refund, you may receive a voucher and book into another class, depending on circumstances and time till our class together.

Please know I am here to help, I understand that sometimes life get in the way, so if you do need to cancel your ticket email me, (Lauren) ochreceramic@gmail.com and I will do my very best to help.

If Lauren needs to cancel the class for an unforeseen reason eg, she is unwell, she will firstly reschedule the class, if the new date and time does not work for you, you will receive a voucher to book into another class in the future, the voucher can also be used on anything in the online store (jewellery, mugs) and is valid indefinitely. Otherwise, you will be offered a refund.

The entire content of the Ochre website is copyrighted as a collective work by Lauren Siemonsma (Design & Maker) and the contracted Photographers under Australian copyright laws. Ochre may allows you a limited license to access and share the content from this website, but only with permission granted only by Ochre, understanding that the content of the Ochre website is intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use by users of the website.
