I am very excited to announce that Ochre will be a part of the @northcoastceramics Mud Trail this year.

Ever since moving to the Northern Rivers I have been attending this inspiring event, visiting other potters beautiful studios and hoping ‘one day I will be opening my studio doors’ so to me it’s a huge honour to be alongside 26 other very talented potters inviting you into our studios to have a sticky beak into our creative worlds.

And it gets better, I am going to be running some slab building demonstrations over the weekend too!! Slab building is how I am able to create pieces that are thin and smooth out of a very textual clay body.

So come and visit me (I am giving you LOTS of lead time incase you wanted to make a trip to Byron out of it!!)

The Mud Trail is on August 17th & 18th. 10am-4pm.
